Description
The butterfly pea is a plant whose infused flowers offer a natural blue or pink coloring (with a few drops of lemon).
Its elliptical and obtuse leaves are carried by a vine which prefers humid and neutral soils. One of the best features of this flower is its stunning blue color, which is caused by pigments extracted from its petals.
Appreciated for its delicate taste and its benefits, it is also ideal in cooking and in the preparation of cocktails.
