Refund policy
Returning your Order:
Once the order has been successfully completed, it can be canceled within the next 4 hours for a full refund.
The customer has the right to return an order within 7 days of receipt of the order. As a result of this request and if only if the packaging has not been opened, the customer is entitled to a period of one week to return the order concerned. In this case, Swaff Company sponsored by VIPS TODAY SRL will be entitled to compensation set at 30% of the agreed selling price of the goods ordered. In case of cancellation beyond 7 days following the day of receipt, no return will be accepted. The customer will be reimbursed 100% for any out-of-stock order cancellation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unworn, and in the original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase to complete your return successfully.
To make a return, you can contact our support. If your return is accepted, you can send your package. Packages sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and problems
Please contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong order, so that we can assess the problem and fix it.
Trades
The customer has the right to modify his order until the moment the order leaves the company. Once the package reaches the hands of the carrier, the customer no longer has the right to modify his order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card may take some time to process the refund.
