Chocolate Powder - Single Origin - Ivory Coast

Single origin from Cote d'Ivoire, a dark chocolate with 50.2% cocoa! Fine aroma, rich flavor, bittersweet aftertaste of dark chocolate. An authentic thick dark chocolate recipe. Thanks to its natural origin, the color of this cocoa is brown/light brown.

Ingredients :Belgian chocolate and cocoa solids approx. 50.2% [cocoa, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter], sugar, fibres. Allergens: Contains no allergens. May contain traces of milk, gluten, nuts and natural sulphites due to the presence in the area.

Preparation
To prepare the drink, mix 1 tbsp. of soup (-/+30g.) in a cup (150-200ml) of whole milk. Boil at around 80°C and stir until the chocolate melts completely and serve.
